We found out about Kid Strong by my son attending a birthday party, which was so much fun. I knew right away this was going to be a regular thing for him. We signed up for a class that week. He goes once a week now and gets so much out of it. They learn not just about physical endurance but there is a topic each class such as kindness, grit, emotional intelligence….. that is incorporated into the class.
