Love the energy here—the coaches are encouraging, positive, and the overall activities are engaging and well run. It’s a great environment for kids. One area that could make the experience even better is overall cleanliness and hygiene. For example, since the children are barefoot, it might help to limit walking in areas where others are wearing shoes. We’ve been going for about 10 weeks now and we have had nothing but a very great experience with KidStrong. The staff is super friendly and genuinely seem to care about the development of the kids. The facility seems to be well maintained and clean, especially with the many people coming in and out every 45 minutes or so. It’s a very family friendly environment, which makes it a pleasant experience to bring my other kids. Honestly my son has a great time here and most of the coaches are fantastic! We have had one or two coaches that seemed like they would do better with older kids and just seemed annoyed with the younger class and that really disheartened us. BUT! Coach Ocho is the BEST! He and a few others (I will have to catch their names next time) are what bring us back each week! Everyone besides 1 or 2 coaches have been a pleasure to work with!
