Highly recommend! Not only taught my kid a fun workout with correct form, but also taught how to shake each other’s hands introduce themselves, which I was really impressed with. my son Absolutely loved the class said he felt so confident in himself afterwards. very friendly staff. They were great with the kids. Worth trying it out free first class to see if you like it.

We adore KidStrong! Our son is 3 and a half and loves coming each week. The staff is friendly and coaches are so patient, yet energetic. We can tell a huge difference in our boy’s confidence and abilities just in 9 weeks. Definitely worth it!
Ever since our first free class, I knew this would be a good fit for my son. He has learned so much and is very excited to go to class every week. Everything has gone smoothly and I’m very impressed. Thank you for all you do. I will recommend it to others!
The classes and coaches here are excellent. The focus on social skills and confidence is top tier, and the fact that the class is tightly programmed helps students stay engaged. We love the coaches, especially those who hold the kids accountable and have some tough love! Classes are super fun and challenging.
