Amazing! My son started attending classes in October and since that time there has been drastic changes in his confidence, social skills, energy and enthusiasm about working out and being healthy. KidStrong West Babylon is absolutely amazing! Coach Krista, Jake, and Lucas are the best they bring so much energy, positivity, and encouragement to every class. The sessions are incredibly fun helping the kids build confidence, strength, and teamwork skills. The coaches truly care about each child and make everyone feel included and excited to participate. Izzy always leaves with a huge smile and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend KidStrong West Babylon a fantastic experience! Thanks coaches
