They are amazing, The coaches are amazing, he loves going to class and their summer camps! The kids in classes are great, he has made so many friends!
Terrible experience. I have a child on the spectrum and called to give notice and cancel both of my kids back in the spring. They tried to talk me into keeping one of my kids by saying they can put the account on hold and we can revisit later so I don’t lose the rate. They never gave me a notice or checked in to say that they would be restarting the account to even see if he’s able to handle the program. Special needs families already have enough to deal with. This is unacceptable and all a money grab.
The coaches made Kyro feel so comfortable! He usually is very shy and doesn’t like to get involved in activities but he was so excited to do all the obstacle courses! He loved it so much and kept asking to go back!
They’ve built our daughter’s confidence in so many areas. The coaches are excellent in acknowledging her and greeting her when we come in, and leave as well as the parents. The communication with the center is top notch as well the curriculum I love that it’s not just physical it’s mental, learning and also fun. We see KidStrong as a family now as they treat us like family. Our family loves KidStrong! The Coaches are great role models and motivators. The space is always clean, and the equipment is well cared for.
