The best part about Kidstrong is that my daughter loves coming every week. The classes build confidence. We love the coaches.
Both my son (6) and daughter (3) are taking classes over the weekend period for the past year. They really love the classes and all the coaches they have worked with. I have observed their strength, agility, speed, confidence level, social skills significantly improved over months of practice. The staff and coaches are also welcoming and energetic.
