The staff was efficient & friendly. Everything was explain in detail. The facility was clean & set up great. The coaches were excellent and stayed engaged with all the kids throughout the class. Signing up was easy. My child went to both the trial class & the PNO is first day & he is in love with KidStrong!
The classes are great and coaches work really well with my children. They are especially good at getting my more shy child to come out of his shell a bit. There was an issue resulting in us getting charged for a membership that was supposed to be paused (we were convinced to pause instead of cancelling) which we were told was due to a system issue and would be fixed, however the unauthorized charges have not been fixed.
The program and staff are excellent…and my son loves participating!
Coach Wayl is very positive and kind to my other 2 daughters, represents diversity and knows how to pronounce their names correctly.
