Our first class was awesome. My son truly enjoyed himself and I loved how the coaches interacted with him. Coach Cory was awesome and his patience is unmatched!
Great for kids to gain self confidence both mentally and physically. Good on learning focus, trying new things, overcome challenges, exercising will help get their bones and muscles stronger, maintain a healthy weight and heart. Also will help them interact socially by meeting other kids and staff.
This review is long overdue! In January 2025, I hosted my son’s fourth birthday party at KidStrong with an Avengers theme, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. First and foremost, a huge thank you to the incredible staff—Wail and Jay, the manager Lucy, and Ashley, who wasn’t even scheduled to work that day but stayed behind to help set up.
