The staff is great at communicating. The program is encouraging the kids both physically in their abilities and emotionally to be confident and affirming of their skills. They state not everyone gets an award every day, and that’s ok. That is a great lesson to learn at a young age. My kids felt included and proud of themselves after just the first session. We are excited to return!
My 8 year old son is very shy, not great with socializing, and has low self confidence. We have only had one class so far at KidStrong and I saw a completely different side of him! He was outgoing, he felt like he fit in, they pushed his strength and he LET THEM! It was a beautiful moment for this mama to see, and a huge accomplishment for my son. He feels wonderful about him! We signed a 6 month contract and can’t wait for the next class!
**UPDATE AGAIN!! WE STILL LOVE KIDSTRONG!!** The staff and facility are even better than we were expecting! So excited my son gets the opportunity to experience a place like this that encourages him & strengthens his body & mind! They change the activities & equipment around in the main area to make new challenges and while that takes place, they keep the kids engaged in social & physical education activities where they talk with each other or play games to learn about their body!
