Kidstrong has been an amazing option for our off season from sports! The program is incredibly organized, inclusive of all, coaches are professional, personable and fun and the workouts are great! We look forward to seeing classmates and staff every week! While we'll pause weekly classes soon for spring sports, we'll be back in the summer! Thank you kidstrong for such an awesome program and fantastic people!
Our 4 year old son and 19 month old daughter have been participating for a couple months now and they both absolutely love it! We have seen so much growth in both of them...such as shaking hands and saying their names, saying please and thank you, and just overall being more confident kids!
We can’t say enough about kidstrong Lancaster! Our kids have been going for about 2 months now and we all look forward to it each week. They have grown so much in so many ways. The coaches are amazing with the kids keeping them focused, moving and pushing them out of their comfort zones. We absolutely love Kidstrong Lancaster!
