Great facility with a great staff. Fun, energetic and welcoming. A nice blend of activities keeping the kids engaged while getting exercise, building strength and building confidence. My 8 year old daughter loves it!
My daughter loves this place! Coaches Ken and Mia always get her motivated to run, jump, climb and burn tons of energy- all while having a lot of fun. Highly recommend!
Overall great program and great coaches!
As a parent, I highly recommend KidStrong! The coaches are fantastic with the kids and create a fun, encouraging environment where they build confidence, strength, and important life skills. Coach Ken is amazing !!! My child looks forward to every class and we’ve seen such a positive difference.
