Kid Strong is EXACTLY what my son needed! He’s an anxious little guy, who struggles with coordination and doing things he finds challenging. Before we signed up, I chatted with staff and explained my son was anxious and had some sensory sensitivities. They were very receptive and accommodating - even offering to turn the music down if it was too overwhelming for him. We trialed a class and though he liked it, the class wasn’t a good fit. Love the whole concept - character education and fitness based curriculum, healthy dose of recognition, clean facility, “ I am brave I am strong I can do this” mantra. Great fitness type class that is fun and engaging for the kids. Coaches are upbeat and very friendly. Overall been happy, we have also done birthday and camps. They do a great job with the kids.
My son enjoyed going and actually asked to go back days later
