We cannot say enough good things about Kidspeak in Chino. My daughter looks forward to her speech sessions each week and she has made so much progress. Her therapist, Allison is amazing and attentive to my daughter’s learning style, making speech fun and engaging.
Kidspeak is a literal Godsend! We had a few options we were looking into, but are so happy that we made the RIGHT choice. The facility is so nice, clean, and everyone is so nice. They keep her on track with all her goals and are amazing resources for parents to continue the process at home. Ms Alexa is literally one of our favorite people. She is the sweetest most patient and attentive people we know. She is the best fit for our family. Our daughter truly looks forward to her sessions and so do we!
My son has been attending speech therapy here in the Chino office since August. Everyone in the office is so friendly and you always get a warm greeting when you come through the door. He sees both Ms. Allison and Ms. Kimberly, both of which are amazing and so patient with him. He always has so much fun in each session. My son received weekly sessions for approximately seven months and has improved so much. He absolutely loved working with Ms. Kim and looked forward to every session. Everyone was extremely welcoming and always helpful. I greatly appreciate their kind and enthusiastic demeanor with my son and how much he’s learned.
If you can find yourself another clinic, do so or let this review help them provide more sympathy in finding another schedule coordinator. This company has various offices and seems to do poorly with scheduling children. The person who is in charge of scheduling does a poor job and she does not seem very caring in the area to help. Not only that but this clinic mistakenly cancelled my child's ongoing sessions for the month of September when I never agreed or signed off on this cancellation after expressing I would be moving ... read more
