Very unprofessional she scheduled our appointment over a month out then when we got to the appointment she printed out our file came out to speak to us and told us our son wasnt a good fit based on the info in our email we were in her office maybe ten minutes five of which we waited for her. Mind you we also drove an hour from home to come to this appointment. She barely acknowledged my son, she tried to talk to him for less the 30 seconds. We love Miss Laura!! She has helped my daughter in so many ways since age 3. She has been a blessing to my twins. My daughter went from nonverbal to reading in a 1.5 years! Laura is an excellent speech-language therapist. My daughter Frankie gets so excited to go to therapy. KidSpeak Laura Slocum is very caring, knowledgeable and puts 110 percent into her students! Highly recommend!

We LOVE KidSpeak. My son has worked with Ms. Laura since she opened and his growth has been TREMENDOUS. He has had 3 other speech therapists and, while they were helpful, Ms. Laura's personalized lessons and caring, connected methods have helped him blossom. She uses his current interests to keep him connected to his learning and has gone as far as to play outside with him for a few minutes building connection when he was too overwhelmed and anxious to go in the building.
