My daughter enjoyed her time here, but I was very disappointed by the lack of communication and attention to safety. At pick-up, I noticed a large knot on her head. The staff on duty had no idea what happened until they found an incident report. I was never called, and the policy to only notify parents for “more severe” injuries concerns me. Outstanding (and clean) facility and care for our kids. The staff is very professional and really care for the kids here. Susan Easley was so sweet and helpful! I would recommend this to any of my friends.
