My daughter enjoyed her time here, but I was very disappointed by the lack of communication and attention to safety. At pick-up, I noticed a large knot on her head. The staff on duty had no idea what happened until they found an incident report. I was never called, and the policy to only notify parents for “more severe” injuries concerns me.
