This is a LARGE group of 17+ kids with multiple coaches and it's very hectic. No 1-1 support or instruction, which is fine if your kids are accustomed to a group setting. My fresh new 3 year old wasn't a great fit because he hasn't been in such large groups and was overwhelmed. He tried expressing to the coaches, but he was told to be quiet when trying to introduce himself and he ended up crying and causing trouble every time so he could get sent home. As much as I love KidsGym and their programs, my biggest issue is not being able to stay and watch my small child in her classes. Years ago with my older child, this was not an issue and parents were allowed to stay. If that policy was changed, we would be back in a heartbeat. I think the program and coaches are great, but the 15 minute policy requiring parents to leave is a miss for me.
