Today’s class was canceled, but we didn’t know until we showed up and waited outside with 4 other families. The email notice went to spam. A verbal reminder at the last practice or a text would’ve helped avoid the long 45 minute drive and confusion.
My daughter transitioned here over a year ago following a disappointing experience with a different local studio. The coaches at kidsgym are wonderful, knowledgeable and passionate about their work. My daughter has learned a lot and gained a lot of confidence in trying new skills along the way. Not only are staff knowledgeable about sport but also very aware and responsive to the needs of working with small children. They are organized, great with communication and safety focused.
