I have always found the owner of the business to be a great resource when I needed to brainstorm home ideas for my daughter's needs. We would go more often, unfortunately insurance has deemed my child to be "graduated" from OT. I was also impressed to see their support of local schools in the form of corporate sponsorships.
KidSensABLE truly cares about the kids they are helping. And the therapy dog is adorable!
My daughter was receiving services with Robin . I thought Robin was a nice woman/ OT therapist until today when she talked to me very rude over the phone and hung up on me . My daughter has limited vision and sees a lot of therapists and doctors as well as having a younger child , I'm a very busy mom . The last thing I need is someone like her To hang up on me and talk to me very unprofessionally . My daughter is now in pediatria and doing great !
