Staff and doctors are great! They are always extremely helpful and understanding.
We were seen promptly, which is always great, and the staff were all warm, attentive, and the doctor on service actually remembered us from our very first visit soon after they opened. I love that they’re a resource for families in our neighborhood.
We had another wonderful experience at Kids Urgent Care! I made an appointment SAME DAY and we got right in. We are always greeted with friendly folks and I always feel heard. I will continue to bring my kids here! Staff asks questions and listens to my concerns. They always listen to their lungs for more than 2 seconds. We took our 7-month-old here several times over the past few months, they have amazing doctors, medical assistants and receptionists. The doctors here are all pediatricians who have years of experience in various settings. Our insurance bills this as an office visit, so we only had a $30 copay. You can make appointments online to reserve a spot, but of course if somebody more critical comes in they will be seen first. But neither time we had to wait very long. Terrible customer service, tells me its busy and wait time is 45mins to come tomorrow I still went because my daughter was really sick and theres nobody waiting or in lobby receptionist just wanted to go home.... Thats not okay very careless
