I have three boys and they all get seen at once. My oldest is turning 18 and can have one more appointment before he ages out.
We love kids town in Syracuse! The front desk employees have always been welcoming and kind, acknowledging when my family and I come through the door. The dental assistants are also very polite and patient with my kiddos. Dr. Tate was very friendly and made sure I had all my questions answered. He was very clear on the next steps for my kiddos and I understood everything. I would highly recommend!!
Dr Tate and his staff were amazing. super attentive to our kiddo who typically despises dentists. They made him feel comfortable and were very kind. They all were great!! We will be going back for any of our needs and they made this extraction as easy as possible for our little man!
Absolutely great dentist. My child needed 3 baby teeth pulled and several cavities filled. They were friendly and professional, listened to my concerns and answered my questions with intent patience and kindness. They even asked what manner they should speak to my child, rather than just using childlike tone or cutesy terms. Handled a difficult challenge of spacers with a skip in stride. My family had such a fun time here. My 2 year old loved the toys and how welcoming it was. Doctor Tate was so nice and very knowledgeable. He was very patient and made my child feel comfortable to be there. He even made a last minute appointment to help my newborn with a lip tie. Doctor Tate and his team were very efficient and answered all my questions and concerns. We are so grateful for the excellent experience and can’t wait to go back in 6 months!
