Awful experience! Felt like a number rather than a person. I would recommend doing more research prior to coming here. It felt as if they were trying to meet a quota and just pass us on to the next person or treatment.
Informed them of my daughter's condition before I made the appointment drove an hour and was denied treatment when got there.
Dr. Wilson is amazing! Her and the whole team made my 5 year old feel comfortable and autonomous during the visit— my child was extremely afraid of the other dentists we took them to. We couldn’t even get them to open their mouth for the dentist. This facility was a game changer, I almost cried when my 5 year old finished X-rays, a cleaning, and exam without getting upset once! Highly recommend to anyone but especially to anyone whose child has extreme anxiety about dentistry.
"Such a Rude Receptionist Eric" I called this office recently and asked for a new patient appointment, The receptionist Eric was very rude and talked over my voice and was not very customer service focused. The previous lady, I spoke was way nice and more understanding. Unfortunately Eric needs to take a customer service training.
