I took my special needs son to Dr. Pettit for the first time and it was the best experience we had in a long time. I was nervous and had many concerns based on his previous visits but she listened to me and together we came up with a great dental plan thats safe and beneficial for him. I was very impressed. So disappointed what a waste of time !
Was put on hold for 15 mins to make a new patient appt for my son only for the office to close and then directed to a voicemail. Disappointed that my time was wasted.
Staff was very nice and thorough. Dr Patel listened to my concerns and gave me options for my son’s treatment.
Excellent care. Took my son with cerebral palsy here. The whole team was helpful, patient, and kind. No wonder they are hard to get into. It’s worth the wait.
