Have taken the kids here for a few years and it was fine until the day before our cleaning (today) we find out, oh by the way, you are now Out of Network for us!!! Our plan only pays roughly half now out of network and they didnt bother to inform us until the 11th hour. Then knowing we are out of network they take xrays without permission which we refused afterwards due to the cost.
