I’m so thankful for Kid Smiles Dentistry. I visited two other pediatric denist before finding this one. One wanted to sedate my four year old. I did not feel comfortable with that and I’m glad I followed my parental instincts; The doctor and her staff also agreed with me. My child had two separate appointments and on the second appointment, she didn’t even need to be numbed. My child was cooperative and the staff and the doctor were amazing! Awful experience scheduling my daughter’s appointment today. The woman was rude, had an attitude and snarky response to my confusion, and not understanding why I wouldn’t have been contacted to schedule my daughter’s 6 month appointment. I was wrong and thinking that I would’ve been contacted, I take accountability in that. She condescendingly stated that with all of the patients it would’ve taken an army to contact hundreds of patients advising them that It was time to schedule their follow ups. We drive out of our way to go to our appointments. We live all the way in Clearwater. I cannot imagine an atmosphere that is more loving or understanding of children and their fears. Every visit is always incredibly upbeat and so well handled. My daughter had three teeth extracted yesterday and it wasn’t an easy procedure, but they were incredibly patient with her and made sure she was comfortable Throughout.
