We have came here many times and purchased many passes including a 10 pack. Always clean in the play area and toys are always clean too. We have had 2 birthdays here for my son one when he was 2 and a recent one as he turned 4. Our 1st birthday party experience was great with communication, set up, break down and timing. Unfortunately this time around the birthday party wasn’t great. We recently went to a birthday party here, and it was a fantastic experience. The play center is designed like a little town, with each building offering a different pretend-play theme. The kids absolutely loved running between the playhouses, sliding down the slide, and playing in the fire truck. It really kept them entertained the entire time! I have been taking my daughter here for a few years and she loves it! We hosted her 4th birthday party and it was perfect! The kids had a great time, everything was pristine clean. The staff decorated the private area and were on top of absolutely everything!! Fantastic place for anyone with kids 1 to 7 years old.
