I had a very poor experience at Kids Start which is now called Kids Planet. My son was placed in an older age group without my consent just because he is tall. I only realized a year later when his 'peers' moved to Reception. This really hurt his confidence and it became clear why he felt isolated and unhappy for the entire year. My daughter has been at Kids Start for almost 2 years now and she has loved every second. The management are approachable and personable especially Jodie and Natalie. My little boy started Kidsstart over a year ago, from the very start we found Kidsstart to be such a lovely, welcoming place! My boy has some developmental difficulties, and the staff are just amazing with him. They go above and beyond in supporting him (and our family) and he is so excited every morning for nursery! Thank you so much to all the lovely staff, you deserve all the praise and accolades the nursery receives!
