We brought my son to Kids Physio when he was dealing with some torticollis at a few months old. Brendan was an amazing physiotherapist- he was always respectful, warm, thorough and encouraging. He demonstrated all the stretches he recommended and made sure we were doing them correctly before the appointment was done. We will be back if any other concerns arise.
Hello, I wanted to give a review for Brendan Brauer the physiotherapist we saw for my 5 month old infant. I usually do not like to complain, but I had the worst experience ever at Kids Physio. I am a healthcare professional myself and the physiotherapists at this clinic seem to have zero bedside manner. Brendan is phenomenal at deriving all the information needed for his assessments while making everything feel like playtime. We have come here for two separate issues at different ages and both times my expectations were exceeded and the resulting improvements we have seen are significant and lasting. There is an easily accessed “homework” platform where all home exercises are clearly detailed and described so there is no stress or confusion about what to do for caregivers who aren’t at the appointment themselves. Brendan is an exceptional physiotherapist. He demonstrates outstanding professionalism while engaging with my son, matching his energy level perfectly to make every session enjoyable and effective. My son looks forward to it every time, and Brendan educates me too by demonstrating activities and explaining them clearly on the spot. Highly recommend!
We had a really positive experience at our daughter’s physio appointment. Brianna was gentle, kind, and explained everything clearly. We felt reassured and supported, and our little one was calm and happy throughout. Thank you Brianna And kids physio team for such a lovely session!
