Today was our first visit. Harveen made us feel welcome. Her approach to physiotherapy was client/ patient-centred, which we love. We are looking forward to more visits.
I've been there twice in the past and had a great experience, feeling like they answered all my questions. But unfortunately, I've been trying for 2 weeks to book an appointment for my son, and it's been canceled twice due to "family emergencies" with two different specialists. The first time, they tried to offer me an earlier appointment three days before, and I said no because my booked time was the only time I could do it with my job schedule. My child is working with PT Romita and we had a great experience. Romita is professional, kind and helpful. My child enjoys having sessions with her every week. The Richmond location is convenient with lots of parking spaces. The interior is bright, clean and large space. Highly recommend!
