The facility is bright and clean, and the staff is warm and welcoming. After few months of attending the sessions , my 20 months old is finally willing to walk on her own.
Cam has been a fantastic physiotherapist for my 4-month-old! He has given us excellent, practical exercises that have helped my son make steady and noticeable progress. Cam has such a calm, kind, and reassuring approach, and he is wonderful with babies. We’ve had a really positive experience and I would highly recommend him to any family looking for a knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist.

⭐️ 1/5 Very disappointing and concerning experience. My baby was only one year old when we went to Kids Physio Group - Richmond for physiotherapy. During the session, my baby fell multiple times, including once from a standing position and once from a sitting position, and hit her head directly on the floor. What concerns me most is that these were not simply accidental movements from an active baby.
