My son loves this place, he got so much confidence after couple of classes!!
We had an appointment with Jo, for my 9 year old daughter. All I can say is Jo is absolutely AMAZING, patient, fun, knowledgeable, kind and brilliant with kids. I love the brain-body connection she made with my daughter's plantar fasciitis, it makes so much sense, and the exercises she gave us to work on are fun and more of a game than an exercise, which makes it more likely for my daughter (and me) to stick with them.
