We had a great experience at Kids Physio Group with Casey. She was incredibly warm, gentle, and patient during the physiotherapy assessment, and we really appreciated how respectful she was when our baby became visibly overwhelmed — she never forced anything and made the whole experience feel very supportive and caring. We’ve been to both the Cambie and North Vancouver locations, and the staff at both clinics have always been professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!
We had to cancel our appointment due to a legitimate family emergency. Following that, both my husband and I received repeated calls from staff demanding payment, which felt unnecessary and completely lacking in understanding or compassion. I reached out via email to express my disappointment with how the situation was handled, but never received a response. This experience was enough for me to not recommend this business, as they do not appear to genuinely care about families or their circumstances.
