Brought my 12 year old for an appointment with Andrea. Her communication was clear, engagement with my child and with me was respectful and inclusive. She made a real effort to ensure my child knew she had a choice and voice in the appointment, which really helped her engage and participate. I appreciated seeing how caring she was.
