We have had multiple terrible experiences at this place. 1. we had an appointment for our 2 month old and the person they booked us with literally told us she didn't know how to work with babies. she talk us this 30 min into a 45 min appointment after she spent a bunch of time collection info about our child. they still charged us for this even though no actual physiotherapy occurred. 2. Two years later, we booked 2 months in advance and then got a phone call a few days before our appointment that the physio was on vacation ... read more

I can’t recommend Shirley at Kids Physio enough! Our lactation consultant and other healthcare providers said they were completely stumped as to why our little one couldn’t transfer any milk when nursing… so we took a chance and booked a physio appointment. Shirley was the only one that gave us a potential explanation (baby was using lips and cheeks to suck, not tongue) and was with us every step of the way as we tried to figure it out. Briana Yelle was amazing, kind and professional. The receptionist is also friendly. My daughter had the best experience. Parting is also affordable, i did not have to pay for the first 2 hours.
We had a wonderful experience at Kids Physio with Shirley taking great care of our baby. She had great exercises to give us to help increase our child’s latching and nursing efficiency. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for help with their small child and have any feeding issues
