On November 4th, I brought my 11-month-old son to the ER due to a persistent fever over the past few days and a concerning rash on his body. We arrived at 3:00 pm and didn’t leave until 8:25 pm, and I am deeply troubled by the lack of attentive care we experienced during this time. The best staff and the best quality of care. Thank you NYU for taking care of my children. The doctors and nurses here are incredible and always so welcoming. I’ve been here more than once and each time I’ve been the quality of care has been amazing!
