This store is clearing out for moving and looks rather jenk. They keep their cribs and strollers behind the counter to 'protect themselves' from customers that want to see the expensive, non refundable baby safety devices first-hand. Buy from here if you don’t want your product and never want to hear from anyone again. Ordered a crib online to ship to NJ - we looked at a few different stores for this particular crib, Kids N Cribs showed up on Google shopping as being able to deliver within the week. Places order Feb 17th. Got an email Feb 22 that the crib has just been ordered and should ship within 4 weeks. I was expecting it to arrive within the week, not ship within 4 weeks. My husband & I purchased a beautiful rocking chair for our daughter and grandson a year ago! The owners of this beautiful store were so helpful! The amazing rocker arrived in perfect, mint condition! It was such a joy to find a small business that still offers baby furniture and baby items. Kids N Cribs has been fantastic, especially for first-time parents. It was really nice to see big ticket items in person and get honest, thoughtful advice. My husband and I stopped in twice this week looking at nursery furniture, car seats, and strollers, and Mike and Antoinette were so helpful. They have really nice, high-quality furniture and even do car seat install checks. It’s a small, family-owned shop, so I’d recommend calling ahead to set up a one-on-one appointment. Highly recommend!
First time parents and had the best experience. We walked in unaware of the appointment to review the stroller/ car seat option (never checked the website, referred by family member). Mike let us know they could set us up with an appointment if we were interested in browsing the store for a bit.
