I have loved my journey with Kids Matters to date. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. Liz has been great at building the connection with my child and I also feel very supported in my parenting. My child looks forward to coming to every single appointment. The gyms are a huge positive too!
Absolutely amazing experience at Kids Matter Aspley. Jules in reception especially has been an absolute gem helping me with appointments, documents etc and just being all round kind and welcoming. Usually my son hates going to appointments but he is actually pretty excited when it's time for OT. Ashleigh the OT my son sees is incredible aswell, my son really has taken to her and she has so much time and paitence for him. I appreciate you all here and 100000% reccomend coming here.
Was on the waiting list for over 6 months finally got an appointment filled out pages and pages of questions only to get there and be told that she wasn't the right OT for my son because they don't deal with kids with emotional regulation issues which is a massive part of the spectrum so they obviously don't even bother to have a look at the questionnaire until they can be bothered. Poor service from staff who apparently just can't be bothered!!
