Never answer the phone and I've been trying to get all my childrens shot records sent to their new pediatrician for over a month. I've called and filed out the information on the app and they still will not send them. I don't understand.
I have dealt with this drs office over 30 years. As my youngest son being 12 and diagnosed with ADHD and O.d.d. and needing medications I have experienced hassles getting prescriptions refilled taking weeks at times most the time. Also calling with concerns of his medications and never receiving a call back. This is not a once in a while experience but ongoing.. Very poor professionalism .
