The lady who cut my child’s hair was polite at times, but was also impatient & forceful while cutting the back of my toddler’s head. My toddler’s forehead was almost touching the steering wheel of the car chair when the stylist pushed his head down to cut the back, so I held his head instead. The haircut was not that great and I did not get all the hair I wanted off, but I ended the haircut short due to my observations.

It was my first time bringing my son there. I didn't feel welcome like the others and no diversity represented on the board with the haircut style picture. I wanted to ask if they do not cut black child hair. I think they should care more about the cleaning and infection control. The lady ask me to put my children on the sit without cleaning it first. But the place it adapted for children and the lady was very patient and nice to us. The price is really fair. I was expected to pay more, frankly.

When we can actually get in they do a fine job with haircuts, but this morning was the second or third time we’ve shown up during posted business hours and the doors have been locked with nobody there…
