Had my 6 month cleaning and exam today. After listening to a 4-5 year old boy screaming in pain, the assistant threaten the child with "do we need to call grandpa", them telling him he needs to "use your words" while the drill is actively running for 25 minutes I left. I forgot my water bottle inside so had to go back and figured i would stay.
