STAY AWAY. This is a very very greedy corporation that will put money before you the good of your child's card. I would give zero stars if that was possible. Ivy Rehab has multiple BBB profiles showing a D- rating, with the stated reason on the profiles I found being failure to respond to 13 complaints THEY RUN IT LIKE A THERAPY MILL. Ms. McKenzie is amazing with our 4 year old daughter that has Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. She has already improved her mobility and strength just in the first month. She also looks forward to going every week and talks all about how fun it is!
We had such a good experience with our BCBA, however ultimately after 9-months we had to un-enroll our child due to ongoing staffing issues w/techs. They could not hire, onboard, train techs fast enough with the resulting turnover causing schedules to be adjusted to reduce time at the center for kiddos. They did care for our child deeply we could feel and tell that, but the center director needs some overall help in guiding, staffing and communication, our Speech and OT ended 1-day before insurance ran out telling us 1-day b... read more
