We had such a good experience with our BCBA, however ultimately after 9-months we had to un-enroll our child due to ongoing staffing issues w/techs. They could not hire, onboard, train techs fast enough with the resulting turnover causing schedules to be adjusted to reduce time at the center for kiddos. Our pediatrician gave us a referral for speech for our 18mo old daughter. I left two voicemails and sent a message on the website to schedule the initial visit with no response. I tried the White Lake location at the end of the week after trying Monday-Thursday for the commerce location and while White Lake answered immediately, they do not do speech and they had to connect me to someone in commerce. I was told the first 3 visits would be $120 each and then visits 4-26 would be $24 each after my insurance. I paid $120 a week... read more

My son did improve while he was at Ivy, however, I had a very hard time with their policies. For starters, there is no regulation for kids being alone with an adult. No windows looking into the gym area, no windows for parents to see in, no cameras, nothing. When I expressed this concern, they did allow me to sit in on my son's speech session but not his OT session.
