Ivy Rehab is a scam with dishonest billing and terrible customer service. I took my son for speech therapy and was told by both Ivy Rehab’s front desk and my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) that my only cost would be a $115 co-pay per visit. I paid this amount for four visits, but later received a $739 bill for a separate service I never agreed to. Even Blue Cross Blue Shield told me this was extremely dishonest. We visit this location twice a week for our 8 month old. We see Nikki and she's so great with out little one. She's speaks to all of us with a great deal of understanding and encouragement. The plans and exercises set out have been great and we saw great improvement in our little one in just a week! Update: We continue care at this location. And our 2.5 year old sees Amber for PT. She is wonderful with our daughter. And despite seeing a different PT, the level of care is still wonderful. Amber is great with our daughter!
