Worst experience I have ever had with one of my children's birthday parties. First off, you walk in and there is zero organization with the staff, stood around for 10mins before they figured it out. Then you are rushed so much you end up getting stressed out. The party planner is constantly announcing you have 5mins, 3mins, etc. My daughter wasn't able to have a piece of cake because she had limited time to open gifts.
