Vanessa is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not care about the little girls who she calls clients. She does not show up to scheduled appointments neither does she facilitate damage control. Her communication skills is comparable to an alzheimer patient. I am done with them unless I come to Kay only. It's a job to her not a passion or career. Sorry Dorn.
