This is exactly what my son needed. He is attached to his iPad and I’m so happy to see him enjoying “working out”. The owner Palinda truly loves children and makes exercise fun. I highly recommend Mom Squad.
My high energy boy absolutely loved it. Core strength is a big factor for us and we worked on that in Occupational Therapy. He was discharged from that and we do stuff at home. We have this a try since it’s all stuff he loves. Swings, ropes, fitness balls , etc. It kept his attention, he had smiles the whole time, not one complaint and asked to go everyday. Palinda is easy going and a mother and very good with the kids. Ft. Myers doesn’t have anything like this and it’s so good for their development while having fun.
My 3 kiddos spent the entire month of June at the gym! They were sad that I scheduled them elsewhere for the last few weeks of summer. I thought they would want some variety. Apparently they loved mom’s squad so much they wanted to stay there. My oldest is super picky and she loved it! My middle daughter learned to do handstands and wall walks…she loved it! The kids are always excited to go here. She keeps the workouts fun and varied, and they are dripping sweat and sore the next day. Excellent workouts.
