Highly recommend! Amy at the Utica store worked magic for us and put together a perfect play set to check off all the items on our wants list and fit within our budget! The install crews were friendly and efficient! We even had to ask the crew to come out for a second visit to move the play set to a different corner of our backyard, after not loving it’s initial placement. Amy and the install crews were all a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, our kids LOVE IT! Thanks Kids Gotta Play!
We purchased this playset under the impression—based on how it was presented—that if we moved it could be moved in the future by the same company. Unfortunately, we later found out that there’s a significant fee involved with moving it, which was never clearly mentioned upfront. Yes, we should have asked more questions, but it feels misleading to promote a service without being transparent about the cost.
