We have been thrilled with each class and instructor (up through level 6 so far!)
I enrolled my 3‑month‑old daughter in your Mom and me classes for December. At no point was it made clear to me that I was being signed up for an auto‑enroll or auto‑renew subscription. I exchanged multiple emails to get her enrolled, and while I was asked to sign forms, none of them clearly stated that I would be automatically charged for future months. Despite several attempts, I was not able get one of my classes rescheduled that I had provided advance notice for. Every time I called they kept saying that the instructor will be in touch. Which he did eventually after several calls- but never responded to my suggestions for make up dates. This class was already paid for. I reached out to the manger but there was no acknowledgement.
