This school does NOT treat their employees good. my daughter took everybodys shifts when asked , worked as much as she could then when she asked if she could do cheerleading at her school they dropped her hours to every other weekend and just one day. Guess they dont want Seniors to have fun at school. Then she tells her boss she needs off as her brother is being deployed to Afghanistan and she gets fired. the mall site cancelled my child's class ONE hour before it started due to low enrollment. We have been going here every summer since 2012 and they never before cancelled due to low enrollment. very poor choice of the owner to do this. greed?? maybe there is a reason for this low enrollment? we attended WMCA's swim and turns out their classes are much better! they learn a ton more in less time. the instructors are better equipped and trained. not to mention at the some location, some changing room door lock do not work and e... read more
had my grandsons birthday party there. the life guard was to busy flirting with his girlfriend in the lobby than watching the kids he let kids in the deep end without making sure they could handle it. other than that it was a nice facility.staff needs to do their job.
Eh, it's alright. The instructors are very nice, but in no rush to actually instruct. It makes sense for the business model. The waiting area is forever hot as hell, muggy and uncomfortable 12 months out of the year. I guess they don't want to pay for more HVAC. The chairs are cheap plastic junk, and they feel on the verge of collapse.
We currently are enrolled in Advanced Mommy and me class. My daughter and I love it! The instructors are great. We also just had her 2nd Birthday party here and have no complaints. Great school. Great team of instructors.
We love Kids First Swim School. Both of my children have so much fun and the staff is amazing!
