Dealing with Jenny has been a complete and chaotic mess. I acquired there services 4 yrs ago and the issues that we were hoping to resolve have only worsened. Jenny shows little attention to anything outside of her own beliefs and stipulations. At the end of day Kids 1st hasn't helped or resolved with one single of our issues. I would definitely not recommend there services, or if there appointed, begin the process to have there staff removed from your case or situation immediately. Their programs help to elevate our kids self esteem and challenge their beliefs about themselves and what they can accomplish. My grandson was named one of the 14 under 14 and he was so shocked and proud. Thank you for having this wonderful program!
Was so glad I found them as I was a nervous wreck once I saw that it was required to have completed a mediation class and the mediators on the state of Iowa's website were all about $200 an hour which I could not afford and they were very helpful and did it for free a blessing

So thankful to have a resource like Kids First in our area. The director, Jenny, puts her heart and soul into helping children in our area meet their full potential notwithstanding any conflict or trauma they may otherwise experience at home or school. Attorney Elizabeth is always my first contact on any child welfare or children in the middle type issues. Thank you all at Kids First for all you do.
