My granddaughter has been receiving speech and occupational therapy services from Kidsfirst, as well as a summer camp experience. The staff at the Westbury location are amazing. They are kind, compassionate, caring, supportive and knowledgeable and professional in their approach to working with children and their families. I am shocked and disgusted with the level of service provided by this agency. My 2yr olds therapist was rude unprofessional and insulting. She went as far as to speak badly about my child to other therapists. Her supervisor acted shocked and confused when I called to discuss the situation but I am 100% sure that this is not her first complaint. If you aren't able to handle non speaking toddlers then you should change professions. I can't believe there isn't a better screening process for these therapists since they come into... read more
