Update 2/3/23 - The VA Board of Health/Dentistry just called and spoke with me about the incident and they will be taking action against this practice. In addition, when I called 2 weeks ago to see when his next appt would be in order to schedule with another practice, I was told that we would not be allowed to return based on my reviews of the practice.
