We receive services from this company. We are so lucky to have found them to work with our boy, the aids are great and he is really responding well to them. We have made progress we didnt think was possible before working with them. After trying play based therapy for quite some time, he just wasn't responding as well as he is now. We are all very impressed with the progress he is making with this team. We felt really supported as a family, they are so nice and it is such a relief to have a service like this available to us.... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with this psychology center. They charged me a fee just to be placed on their waiting list, but I never received any calls, updates, or notifications during the waiting period. After several months, they finally contacted me only to say they couldn’t find a staff member for me and suggested I go to another center instead. On top of that, they did not refund the money I had already paid. I believe this is unprofessional and unfair to clients who are already in need of support.
