My kids love coming here. It’s very clean and the staff are great!
My daughter had her birthday party here, and overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, and the employees treated us well. We did have an issue with the cake that was supposed to be provided for the party. The person handling the cake was running late, and it created some stress during the event. I really appreciated how the manager stepped in and handled it. She actually went to the supermarket and made sure we had something for the party, which showed great customer service.
