Our vist to kids empire was great . It was our 1st time there and staff was helpful, professional and patient as we sat nearly thru the entire good night closing song. I am considering having my daughter's B/D Party there in August. I believe Leon was the manager on duty, he was helpful with all of our 1st time questions We'll be back.
Every visit is fun. Great deal for kid entertainment. Parents should not be charged entry and this place gets that. Always clean and staff is friendly.
Julien was vary helpful and the new Security Guard made it feel vary safe levana also was super nice good staff
Outstanding experience! The kids had so much fun and the staff was extremely helpful - especially Leon and Julien. They were professional and super kind. We came to attend a birthday party and will definitely be booking our own birthday party. And the security guard was on top of it. There were no issues, but mostly because he was chatting with the guests and making sure everyone felt welcome and safe.
