Always a fun time when we come to play! The staff was super helpfully when it came to losing my car key and the dinosaur dance party for birthdays is always a nice touch to the fun🤩
The playground itself? Clean. The equipment? New and in good condition. So unfortunately, I can’t even blame the facility for this two-star experience. The customer service, however, was a completely different story. There were only two employees working today. We love Kids Empire and spent a lot of the summer here because of their great summer pass! Wendy and Abby are our favorite but the whole staff is great. We had my sons birthday party here and he loved it!
Genesis was an excellent hostess for our 4 year old birthday party! It was amazing!
