I always have the best experience with staff here! They are so attentive and kind.
Kids Empire Northridge is always a good time, but I’m writing this review specifically because Bianca and Anna were amazing! Both so helpful and sweet. They each went above and beyond to assist with separate issues and I’m sooo thankful! Excellent customer service at this location, we will definitely be returning in the future.
I come here all the time, and Bianca is always here giving the best personality, hospitality, and service. She needs a raise
