First, this is a great place to take the family for a fun and affordable day! We've been to 3 kid's empire locations and have enjoyed each one. Second, we were greeted by Violet. She is incredibly professional, helpful, responsive as situations arise, and very kind. We appreciated her willingness to help. She's a great representative for the company.
First, let me just say that Kids Empire is a fun and affordable place to spend the day. We've been to three locations and have enjoyed all of them. Secondly, Violet was am amazing staff! She immediately responded to safety concerns, was helpful in the check in process, and making sure I was able to connect to the wifi. She's professional, helpful, and friendly.
A friend and I wanted to meet up somewhere so our kids could hang out. We decided on kids empire Moreno Valley. We got greeted with Violent and she was amazing with whatever we needed help with throughout the day. They got to play all day with re-entry so we were able to go have lunch and come back. It’s extremely affordable, the facility is really clean and air conditioned which was a must for this hot day. And it was really just a blast. I got to run around with my kids and it’s huge and so much fun.
Such a fun place my kids had the best time. Violet was super helpful with getting us checked in and with any questions we had!
