I have been thoroughly enjoying our Summer Pass at Kids Empire this year! As a special needs family, finding places where my children can safely play, burn off energy, and simply be themselves is incredibly important. Kids Empire has been such a wonderful place for us this summer. It’s clean, fun, and gives my kids a place to run, play, explore, and just be kids. Booked a Birthday Party for my son online. Brittany, the GM, reached out to me and walked me through everything. She was very polite and was able to answer all of the questions I had for her. She told me that she was not going to be working the day of the part but would put one of her team members on it to help us with whatever we needed that day (Sunday). Very friendly staff, especially a young man with blonde hair working around noon. He was extremely kind to my wife, son, and I. Helped us fill out the waiver since we were having issues doing it online. And he was super polite. The venue was very clean, welcoming, and my kid had a blast. We’ll be back soon!
